Caesar Dressing

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1/3 cup lemon juice

2 cup vegetable oil (part olive)

1/4 cup Ketchup

1-1/2 Tablespoons A-1 sauce

1-1/2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1-1/2 teaspoon dry, or 2 Tablespoons fresh Basil

1-1/2 teaspoon dry, or 2 Tablespoons fresh Oregano

1 teaspoon cracked pepper

2 teaspoon seasoned salt (or plain salt)

1 to 2 cloves of garlic

3 to 4 anchovy fillets

Directions:

Put eggs, vinegar and lemon juice in blender or processor. Start machine and slowly add oil in a fine stream. Add rest of ingredients and blend only until well combined and smooth. Should have consistency of thick cream. Chill 1 to 2 hours. Keeps up to two weeks.
