BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
4 ounces butter
20 cloves garlic minced
5 medium to large onions, diced fine
5 large green peppers, diced fine
5 large red peppers, diced fine
4 jalapenos, diced fine
1/2 cup red wine
2 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup yellow mustard
3/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 ounces lemon juice
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon BBQ spice
2 pounds brown sugar
2 1/4 cups chili sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1-quart ketchup
Directions:
Sauté garlic, onion, peppers, and jalapeno in butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Refrigerate overnight.
Clearly, it's much easier to pick up a jar at the store but this is absolutely worth extra effort.
