PORK MARINADE WITH SOY SAUCE

Ingredients:

1/3 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 garlic cloves, minced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

No need to cook. Marinate pork (tenderloin, chops, etc.) for several hours before cooking or grilling.

HONEY, MAPLE, AND BOURBON MARINADE (HONEY, MAPLE, BOURBON GLAZE)

Ingredients:

3/4 cup Maple syrup

1/4 cup honey

2 Tablespoons of ketchup

2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

2 Tablespoons of dark brown sugar

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

*Optional 1/4 cup Bourbon or whiskey

Directions:

In a sauce pan, combine the maple syrup, honey, ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir and bring to a soft boil, stirring often. Cool completely before using as a marinade.

Marinade pork tenderloin or chicken for up to 24 hours but at least 6.
