A's Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients:

Chopped garlic

Chopped onion, I use Maui onion or sweet Vidalia

2 sliced carrots

28 oz Can of diced tomatoes, preferably imported from Italy

2-3 Tablespoons of sugar (don’t skip this, it counteracts the acid in the tomatoes)

Fresh sage and rosemary (chopped)

To taste Salt and pepper

Heavy cream - about 1/4 to 2/3 a cup

Directions:

Sauté onions, carrots, and garlic together - about 10 minutes.

Add 28 ounce can of tomatoes and sauté further.

Add sugar salt and pepper.

Add cream.

Cool down a little bit and then placed in a blender or use a handheld blender to make a creamy and delicious soup.
