Roasted Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Tomatoes - cherry or plum

Fresh rosemary

Chopped garlic

Salt

Crushed red pepper

Olive oil

White balsamic vinegar

Directions:

Slice tomatoes in 1/2.

Place on cooking sheet with rim.

Sprinkle olive oil and balsamic.

Sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper.

Top with fresh rosemary and bake at 200 degrees F for 6-8 hours.

These are delicious on toast or served as a side. They can sit at room temperature, so good for cocktail/dinner parties.
