Tomato Pesto Salad with Burrata

Ingredients:

Heirloom tomatoes

Pesto, preferably homemade (Recipe included in sauces)

Salt & Pepper

Burrata or Mozzarella

Olive Oil

Lemon Juice From Fresh Lemon

Lemon Zest

Directions:

Slice tomatoes and cheese (For burrata, create a lump).

Alternate tomato, cheese and pesto (You may stack or layer).

Season with salt & pepper.

Drizzle olive oil and fresh lemon on top.

To add extra flavor, you may add the zest of a lemon on top. It looks really pretty and adds a lovely touch.
