White Chocolate Ice Cream with Raspberries and Chambord

Ingredients:

Magnum White Chocolate Vanilla Ice Cream (Most Target stores carry it, believe it or not).

Raspberries

Chambord

Directions:

Scoop ice cream. Top with Chambord and fresh raspberries.

I serve the ice cream and raspberries in a beautiful goblet and poor the Chambord over the dessert at the Table. It makes a nice presentation, and otherwise the liqueur gets “lost” in the mix. The idea for this came from Oceanfront 21 when Jeannie and Rick Lawrence owned it! Wonderful memories.
