A’s Shredded Pork

Ingredients:

Garlic and pepper marinated pork loin

Salsa Verde

Mirepoix ( a mixture of carrots, onions and celery) TJs has it chopped up for you in the veggie section

Jalapeno peppers

ALL FROM TRADER JOES

Directions:

Sear pork on all sides on BBQ or on grill.

Simmer mirepoix, Salsa Verde and peppers.

Add pork and cook 4-6 hours on very low heat in oven or stove-top.

Shred and serve.

This pork is great served with rice, beans, and tortillas or can be used for tacos, burritos or enchiladas.
